MY STORY
My name is Grégory de Sybourg-Siffert. I was born on January 16, 2004, I'm 22 years old, and I'm currently training as an automotive mechatronics technician. There are five of us in my family: my mum Véronique, my dad Olivier, and my two sisters, Mélanie and Alix.
I have always been immersed in the world of speed and passion through my family's history. My dad is an airplane and helicopter pilot; my mum has taken part in the Rallye des Gazelles several times, finishing second twice; and of course my grandfather, the legendary Jo Siffert, an endurance and F1 driver.
At the age of 7, I received my first kart, and in 2012 I took part in my first championship. For 8 years, I competed in the various Swiss championships and across all categories, with several podiums and victories crowning that period.
In 2021, I fulfilled my dream of driving a single-seater as well as a Funyo prototype.
Before that, I also spent a year studying languages in Germany and preparing my entry into motorsport.
In 2022, I competed in the Sprint Cup by Funyo championship at the wheel of a Funyo SP05. After 24 races, I secured 6 podiums, including 1 victory at Barcelona, which earned me the title of 2022 Rookie Champion ("Champion Espoir")!
In 2023, I joined the Ultimate Cup Series championship with the DIMAB Motorsport by ANS team, driving a NOVA NP02. At the end of the season's 6 rounds, my teammate Karen Gaillard and I climbed onto the podium 4 times. These results earned us the title of 2023 VICE-CHAMPIONS in our category!
In 2024, I took a new step in my career by entering the ADAC GT Masters with the FK Performance team and BMW, at the wheel of a BMW M4 GT3. I raced as a DIMAB Motorsport driver across the 12 races of that season alongside my teammate Eduardo Coseteng.
In 2025, I returned to prototypes by entering the Michelin Le Mans Cup championship in the LMP3 category. A highly competitive championship with 45 cars on the grid, opening the ELMS races — the ideal place to progress toward the higher categories. First with the Czech team Bretton Racing and then, in the second half of the season, with the Virage team. The 2025 season was marked by my participation in the opening race of the 24 Hours of Le Mans — a childhood dream to race on the Sarthe circuit and one more step toward my goal!
This year, I am proud to be joining the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) with the Racing Spirit of Léman team. I'm still racing in the LMP3 category, this time alongside my teammates Ralph Meichtry and Lenny Ried. The ELMS is one of the 4 most competitive endurance championships in the world and therefore a considerable milestone toward the 24 Hours of Le Mans, which is the next step in my career! The objective is clear for this season: to reach the podium as many times as possible in order to have the best opportunities in 2027.
My goal is to progress as much as possible in the LMP3 category to become a factory driver within 2 years and to compete in the greatest motor races in the world, such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans!
