Welcome to the auction page for the unique artwork created by Markus Amacher in support of Grégory de Sybourg's 2025 season!
It was at the traditional thank-you dinner held on February 21st that Markus and Gregory presented the "Héritage Helvétique" painting for the first time.
The auction will begin on February 26th at 9:00 AM and will end on March 10th at 7:00 PM!
Below, discover the artwork and its story told through a poem written by the artist!
Also follow the progress of the auctions which will be updated twice a day with the highest bid always visible.
For those who wish to see the painting up close, it is on display at the DIMAB Rossens dealership during opening hours throughout the duration of the auction.
Swiss Heritage
In the howling wind of yesterday's circuits,
A rocket tore through the air in a flash.
Jo Siffert, the legendary Fribourg native,
It burned the asphalt, defying the earth.
He shone at Brands Hatch and in Austria,
Two victories, a name forever etched in history.
His helmet, marked with a proud cross,
Red and white like a flag in light.
And then another helmet appeared,
Another Siffert, the same challenge.
Gregory, ready to take over,
On the LMP3 circuits, in a Ligier.
But wait! This painting, what a mystery!
A red drop flows into a river...
Blood? No, fire!
That of the brake, of the nervous struggle.
It's the sweat of the kings of the road,
The raw, burning, disturbing effort.
A tribute painted with passion.
Where heritage resonates with precision.
And this work, a vibrant gift,
Will be sold for a good price.
An auction, a powerful engine,
To propel Greg to victory!
Come on, come on, our champion!
